Helen is a journalist and author (under her professional name of Helen Chislett) and runs her own online arts consultancy. She has organised many charity initiatives, including most recently for The King’s Foundation. She and her husband, John, have lived in the Old Town since 2007. |
 | Richard Beaden – Vice Chairman
Richard was born in Uganda but grew up in Bexhill Old Town and was educated locally. A bricklayer by trade, he has worked in both the UK and Africa, where he worked with remote communities to build schools. He inherited the Lordship of the Manor of Bexhill from his father, Tony, and once again lives in the heart of the Old Town.

| Paul Adams - Conservation OfficerPaul has lived in Bexhill for nearly 40 years but only moved to the Old Town itself in 2022. A chartered town planner, he worked for Hastings Council for much of his career including on regeneration of the town centre and, more latterly, wider economic development projects which encompassed the Rother area as well

 | Edmund Bird - TrusteeEdmund has been a town planner and conservation officer for nearly 40 years working for the City of Bristol, London boroughs of Lambeth and Camden and for the last 20 years at Transport for London and the Greater London Authority. He moved to Bexhill Old Town in 2024.

 | Fleur Huggins – Office Manager Fleur has been an Office Manager/Bookkeeper for over 30 years. She comes to us with a new perspective and hopes to make a valuable contribution to preserving Bexhill Old Town.
